This look like a small profile, rated 500W, from the American brand GoldE, and marked "Bantam Super Spot".
The optic is complex, with a two lenses condenser, and a front lens of 65mm in diameter, it produce a 14° beam.
There is some sort of "iris": a cut disk with five openings having different diameters.
It also have an "Art Deco" style, but I have no idea about the era of this light.
