The Strand Pat123 is a 500W fresnel, first sold in 1957, it was really commun in the 60's.
The lens is 145mm in diameter, and the lamp holder is a P28s (Medium Prefocus), for "normal" (non-episcope) lamp, this lantern have a reflector.
