For this equipment, I have absolutely no idea about the brand or model. I'm not sure if the finish is original, to be honest, I don't think so. I'm afraid it's the "work" of one of this antique reseller.
The lamp holder is an E27, so I guess it's design to take a 500W lamp, probably an episcope lamp (lamps with integrated mirror). There is no reflector inside the unit.
Notice the nice wood handle on the top of the lantern, and the elaborated yoke/base plate.
The presence of the integrated base plate is probably the signe of a film lighting equipment.
I have no idea about the manufacturer or the era of this lamp.
The body seems to be cast aluminium, and the lens (180mm in diameter) have an interesting stripes pattern on the back.
Update (28/04/2020): After some research online, I found a picture of a really similar lantern, with a Fluos plate on it. So it seems this light was made by Fluos.
