It's a small 500W PC with a P28s lamp holder for episcope lamp.
This lantern is really commun in cultural venues and theatres in Belgium. There is probably still a few in service.
The lens in a clear PC lens, with a 100mm diameter. The beam is adjusted by sliding the lamp assembly, this can be done by actioning the focus rode (ended by a small red ball at the front of the lantern).
The locking knobs displays the old ADB logo, and are in Bakelite, as the back handle.
